Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a program and an electronic device capable of further improving operability in an operation on an operation target object via a touch panel. SOLUTION: This method is executed in a computer provided with a touch panel, and is based on a data point indicated by a value of a first axis and a value of a second axis acquired based on a user operation on the touch panel. The angle indicated by the set of data points is determined, and one or a plurality of data points to be acquired are held as a data point sequence at predetermined time intervals, and the displacement of the data points in the held data point sequence is determined as the angle. The displacement speed in the data point sequence is determined based on the weighting coefficient calculated according to the components in the directions of the first and second axes in the indicated direction, and before the latest displacement speed determined. Based on the bias with respect to the determined average value of the displacement speeds, the weighted speeds for determining the parameters of the operation target object are determined.
