Abstract

In a system in which a ranking system and a play video system are linked, a technique for recommending a player with appropriate timing for creating and uploading a play video is established. A difference calculating unit calculates a difference in an evaluation amount of the predetermined ranking index between the attention player and another player whose rank of the predetermined ranking index is higher than the attention player. When the difference becomes equal to or less than a certain value, the recording recommendation presenting unit 106 recommends uploading of the play image for ranking information to the attention player.
