Personalized Context-Aware Communication Support System for Social Games
This invention realizes high-speed and intuitive communications that enable representation of a large variety of information by using stamps in social network games without involving the input of free text. Although stamps are adopted as important elements of communication in messaging services, such as LINE and Facebook Messenger, it has been the case in those services that free text is mainly used and that stamps are used only incidentally. This invention, which enables intuitive selection and readily enables translation into multiple languages, is directed to constructing a new basis of communication mainly using stamps. For this purpose, this invention realizes a user interface that enables a player to intuitively and readily select stamps from among a huge number of stamps. Specifically, this invention realizes a function for continuously sorting stamps in real time in descending order of usage possibility in accordance with situational changes in a game in a multi-battle (also called a raid battle) and a function for autonomously learning the relevance between situations in the game and the stamps on the basis of feedback from the player. These functions are realized by means of a mechanism for dynamically calculating the relevance between metadata associated with the individual stamps and situations that are changing from moment to moment in the game, while reflecting personal differences among players. Here, the game situations refer to the HPs or the statuses such as increased or decreased power of enemy characters, or the HPs or the statuses such as increased or decreased power of ally characters in the case of an RPG. In particular, in the case of a multi-battle, in which a plurality of players simultaneously participate in a single battle, game situations change from moment to moment, and the combinations of elements constituting the situations are huge, and thus it is not possible to predict and define those situations in advance. Therefore, it is essential to recommend stamps through dynamic calculations, which is a feature of this invention. With conventional technologies, messages and stamps in chat functions are displayed in predefined fixed orders, and thus a player has to find an element that is suitable for a message to send each time. This invention enables a player to immediately find a stamp that is suitable for a situation of that player. Furthermore, when there is no suitable stamp in a list of top-ranking stamps presented by the system and the player selects a stamp from the lower ranks, the system assumes that the selected stamp is the most suitable in that situation and automatically performs learning, and presents the stamp with a high rank when a similar situation occurs next time. This invention enables a player to immediately select a stamp of interest even in the case where a number of stamps that is few times larger to tens of times larger than before are introduced.
